@ Sound Harley-Davidson, 16212 Smokey Pt Blvd, Marysville 

8:30am – 7:00pm      Check-in and package pick-up, merchandise pick-up, Ride check-Ins.

                                  Limited guided ride sign-ups may be available. Visit our Road Captains at the Ride                                        Information table for details. Self-guided ride information available at the Ride                                              Information table.

7:00am until gone     Breakfast Burritos and coffee hosted by Sound H-D & NCHOG LOH

​11:00am - 1:00pm                                                sign up at ride table.

8:30am – 7:00pm      50/50 Tickets and Raffle tickets on sale.  Silent Auction open

5:30pm – 7:00pm      Smokin' BBQ Dinner, Door Prizes, DJ, announcements - hosted by Sound H-D

                                  - Opening Ceremonies - Ty Miller and Jerry Keating

 

Friday, July 17th

@ Sound Harley-Davidson, 16212 Smokey Pt Blvd, Marysville

7:00am                     Coffee and Muffins by NCHOG LOH

7:15am – 10:00am   Guided rides staging at the Dealership, follow the signs for your selected rides.                                             Check your registration packet for your ride(s) information and details.

7:00am – 5:00pm     Check-in and registration packet pick-up, Merchandise pick-up, 50/50 tickets and                                           Raffle tickets on sale, Silent Auction ends at 7:00pm.

12:30pm - 7:00pm   STREET FAIR!! Social time, Food Trucks, Vendors, Boot Polish, Barber,                                                             Tattoos, Entertainment and other surprises!
