When  and where can we register?
                   Registration opened on September 1st, 2026.  Online Registration only.  

Can I register at or during the event?
                  This is a closed event with a maximum cut-off of 350 Guests. 
                   No on-site registrations will be available. 


How much is the event and what will it include? 
                  $100 per person and includes....
                                       Organized guided rides
                                       Self-Guided Rides w/complete instructions
                                       Swag Packet
                                       Event Patch and Poker Chip
                                       Daily Door Prizes 
                                       Thursday Breakfast 
                                       Thursday Night BBQ
                                       Friday Street Fair
                                       Saturday Dinner Party
                                       Saturday Transportation to Party


What if I can only attend the event on Friday and Saturday? Is there a reduced price?
                  There are no reduced rates for arriving later or departing earlier from the
                  published event schedule

What is your cancellation policy?
                   
No cancellations after May 1st, 2026.  If you cancel before May 1st, 2026 you will receive a full refund. 

Will there be other merchandise available for purchase during online registration?
                  Yes. shirts, sweatshirts and hats, as well as extra patches with the event logo are available for "pre-ordering" during the                      registration process. 
                  Pre-paid merchandise will not be shipped to you; it will be included in your registration packet at the time of check-in                          at Sound Harley in Marysville.


Can I use my credit card to pay for registration or do I need to send in a check?
                 You can use your credit card (VISA & MC) to purchase your event fee and any merchandise you order. There will be                           mailing instructions should you prefer to write a check.

When do we sign up for the rides? 
               
Online sign-ups for guided rides will open in the spring of 2026.
                There may be limited guided ride sign-ups available on-site at registration area


When will the host hotel be accepting reservations?
               Best Western Arlington is the Host Hotel.   The hotel is offering a special group rate and is accepting reservations  

                for the whole event or a single night depending on your need.  Also, the Delta Marriott and Holiday Inn Express.  There                      are links to these hotels on the Registration Page.  

Do you have to belong to a local HOG chapter to attend?
                No, but you must be a National HOG member

Are guests who are not HOG members allowed to attend?
                Yes, each participant is allowed one guest. Simply purchase a ticket and fill out the registration form
                for your guest. Non-National HOG members are welcome as guests.
